The LICEAL project aims to provide learning tools for vulnerable people seeking employment.

The challenge taken on by the project is to build learning pathways that enable people to cope with the complexities of the world of work, equipping them with skills for exercising citizenship and not only with technical and soft skills.

LICEAL is aligned with recent European directives that require developing not only traditional employability skills, but also democratic skills. Its methodology is rooted in participatory learning, the project produces digital resources accessible to all and recommendations for policy makers.
