The WESTEM project (Women's empowerment through sustainability pathways in STEM Higher Education) intends to promote a greater presence of female students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) faculties by activating digital tools to accelerate the increase of skills and confidence needed to successfully pursue a career. The project also structures innovative mentoring programs to foster girls' recruitment and retention in STEM fields.
