Modelling the participatory welfare activated over the years by the City of Grugliasco. Accompaniment of the Social Security and Personal Services Area, through a methodological mentoring pathway with the aim of consolidating the projects and the infrastructure of the community welfare system active in the territory. Objectives of the pathway: to strengthen the tools currently in use for the strategic and networked co-design of innovative welfare services, capable of responding to the needs of the territory; to improve communication between the administration, third sector entities, citizen voluntary associations and operators in designing medium-long term interventions; to map the territorial resources present in the sphere of personal services in order to improve service orientation; to strengthen participatory tools in the design and management of services to citizens.
